User Role creation won’t show after making it

I’d like to ask if you might have an idea about this:
I created a user role named “Sub Administrator” in the Production environment. It’s a duplicate of the Administrator role but with transaction permissions set to “View Only”.
I assigned the role to my account and logged out.
When I logged back in and hovered over the user role dropdown, I noticed that the “Sub Administrator” role didn’t show up.

I already resolved the issue.
The issue was with the SAML Permissions, so I removed it from the list of permissions.
